I have been committed
to helping people reach their fitness
goals for more than 6 years. I graduated
with a degree in Exercise and Sport
Science from the University of North
Carolina at Greensboro. I received
my certification by (National Strength
and Conditioning Association) in 2003
as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist
(CSCS.) From there, I moved to California
where I was a Personal Trainer for
the Sports Club/ LA. After I moved
back to the east coast, I became an
in-home trainer, where I found my
niche. I truly enjoy helping people
to succeed and helping them achieve
goals they never thought possible.

I’m a 30 year old firefighter
and AFPA certified fitness trainer.
Along with the physical demands of being
a fireman, I compete in local and national
fitness events including road races,
duathlons, and the National Firefighter
Challenge. My most recent accomplishment
was at the National Firefighter Games
located in Palm Beach County. I won
gold medal in the 1 mile race with a
time of 5:19. I also serve as the fitness
coordinator for my city’s fire
department, where I design programs
and workout routines. I have over 6
years of personal training experience
working with a wide variety of fitness
levels. Whether you’re looking
to tone-up or lose some weight, I’m
all about incorporating fun with hard
work.
