We created a one-of-a-kind fitness Orlando Boot Camp formula designed to get you in shape once and for all! Located in the beautiful Baldwin Park of Orlando, our Orlando Boot Camp program is a challenging, intensive, and FUN training program that is GUARANTEED to make you tone-up, drop weight, and lose inches!

Our Orlando Boot Camp is NOT for everyone! We believe in getting results- and getting them QUICKLY. We want motivated people who are willing to work hard and get in the best shape of their lives!

How Does Our Orlando Boot Camp Work?

1. If you are not sure that Boot Camp is for you, join us for a FREE TRIAL CLASS at any time! (please email or call before attending so we can plan ahead.)

2. Sign-Up for Our Fitness Boot Camp! Camp runs for one month from your first day of boot camp (not including your trial class.) Example: sign up on the 5th, your month will end on the 5th of the following month.)

3. I will email you your Boot Camp Success Manual filled with home and travel workouts, healthy recipes, workout tips, goal setting worksheets, and more!

You will also gain access to our 7-day meals plans and grocery lists to help get your diet on track.

4. One your first day of camp, we will take your measurements and set goals during your month of boot camp.

5. Come to your high calorie burning workouts (using body weight, HIIT- high intensity interval training, kettlebell, and exercise bands) and follow your new nutritional guidelines for the month.

6. Our Orlando Boot Camp will give you the ACCOUNTABILITY, MOTIVATION, and the PERSONAL COACHING you need for...

By joining our Baldwin Park - Orlando Boot Camp you will be extremely motivated and encouraged to exercise in a team setting. Our specialized and professionally designed Orlando Boot Camp training program integrates every aspect you need to get you fit and fabulous and is 100% GUARANTEED to get you results! In addition, if you pay attention to the eating guidelines and do your best to stay on track, you will be amazed at the changes that can take place in your body! You will notice decreased stress and tension and increased energy levels and stamina. You will also build your cardiovascular endurance and strength as well as your flexibility.

What Should I Bring to the Fitness Orlando Boot Camp in Orlando- Baldwin Park?

You should always wear comfortable exercise clothes and a good pair of running shoes to boot camp. Dress in layers for the early morning classes, but get ready to sweat! Also bring a large towel and an exercise mat if you have one. Don't forget a large bottle of water for water breaks!

I Have Never Been to a Fitness Orlando Boot Camp Before, Will I Survive?

Of Course! We will never ask anyone to do more than they can do safely. From our basic fitness analysis, we are able to determine your abilities and design exercises around your needs. Our Baldwin Park - Orlando Boot Camp classes are small so each recruit can receive individual attention. We promise that our Baldwin Park - Orlando Boot Camp will be a very exciting and rewarding program!

How Much Weight Will I Lose Upon Completing your Baldwin Park - Orlando Boot Camp ?

The amount of weight lost in our Orlando Boot Camp will vary. Since we have started our Orlando Boot Camp, our average camper is averaging a loss of 4-6 pounds of fat and 2-5 inches over the course of a month. Recruits that follow the nutritional guidance that we provide will see greater success, as diet and exercise go hand-in-hand. Orlando Boot Camp will teach you the true value of your body and you will learn how to treat it with respect!

What Happens if it Rains during the Orlando Boot Camp?

Our Baldwin Park - Orlando Boot Camps are always ONGOING. You can make up boot camp class at any time.

What Is a Typical Orlando Boot Camp Workout Like?

Every training day in our Orlando Boot Camp program is different! We are always challenging the body in new ways, and that means that you will always be progressing! A few things do stay the same: we always complete a thorough warm-up and cool down. We also incorporate various stretching and flexibility techniques to help create nice long and lean muscle. We have a fine-tuned Boot Camp formula that will target your core strength, total body strength, coordination, balance, and get you the results that you are looking for!

What if I Can’t Perform Certain Exercises during our Orlando Boot Camp?

We provide modified versions of most exercises for our campers. Since everyone is at a different level, we will demonstrate the various progressions of each exercise for you to choose from.
